Clinic hours

Monday to Friday, by appointment only. We don’t take walk-ins, so please book before you come in.

We know a 9-to-5 workday or a rotating shift can make it hard to get to appointments. We’ll do our best to find a time that fits your schedule, including earlier or later times when we can offer them. Just tell us what works for you when you book or call.

Care in the community

Not everyone can come to us, so we also bring care into the community. That includes home visits for people who find it hard to get to the clinic, and outreach to workplaces and community groups across Sarnia-Lambton.

Home visits are planned case by case, depending on your needs, where you live and team availability. Any travel fee is explained before your visit is booked.
