Sleep concerns can reflect insomnia, sleep-disordered breathing, circadian issues, medication effects, mental health, restless legs or other medical conditions.
Services may include
- Sleep-history intake and standardized screening.
- Insomnia education and behavioural sleep strategies.
- Home sleep testing through an appropriate diagnostic pathway where clinically suitable.
- Review of results and treatment next steps.
- Mask fit and troubleshooting support where offered.
Before your appointment, track sleep and wake times, naps, caffeine, alcohol and sedating medications. Home sleep testing is not the same as Level 1 polysomnography and may not satisfy Ontario ADP PAP funding requirements.
