Our nurses care for cuts, skin tears, surgical wounds and slow-healing leg and foot wounds, with our Nurse Practitioner involved when a wound needs a diagnosis, a prescription or a referral.

If a wound isn’t improving after 4 weeks, we review the plan with you and arrange a referral if needed. For people who can’t get to the clinic, we offer home visits.

Can you remove my stitches or staples?
Yes. Bring any instructions from the place that put them in. A visit is $65.
Do you do home visits for wound care?
Yes, across Sarnia-Lambton for people who can’t easily travel. Call us to arrange a visit and confirm the fee.
